A striking use of materials and design makes this commercial development in Subiaco something special.

The Westgate development, located at the western suburbs gateway, comprises over 5,000 square metres of floor space over three levels of office and ground floor retail tenancies.

A striking mix of glazed curtain walling, glazed aluminium joinery and texture coated precast concrete panel elements are configured over the three facades of this architectural jewel. The construction period was a little challenging due to the triangular nature of the property lot situated at an intersection of two busy roads.
