Overcoming a range of legacy challenges, we created striking and modern apartment residences featuring cutting edge intelligence systems and stunning European fittings and fixtures.

After a prominent Perth builder went into administration, leaving a partial structure and unresolved documentation, we were asked to complete the project development and construction.

Our team successfully addressed the legacy challenges of numerous design and compliance issues during construction and adhered to an ambitious timeframe.

Each apartment includes a different specification of finishes, with many fittings sourced from Europe, exuding extraordinary quality. Views to the city and river from the large entertaining balconies are breathtakingly Perth.
