The Lookout

A refurb for a relaxed and fresh beachside club and bar with a six lane bowling setup.

The original club closed its doors in 2017 and our client, the new owners of The Lookout in Scarborough, had some wonderful ideas to transform the space into an entertainment hub.

The project included demolition, remodelling and modifications to back of house operations, all services and commercial kitchen facilities as well as the star of the show – the addition of six bowling lanes installed by a specialist.

We completed the work while the front bar, main hotel and function centres remained fully operational.
