For the fourth time, we partnered with Rocky Bay to help bring to fruition Stalker Road, Gosnells, a new era of accessible living featuring five boutique residences with a mix of one, two and three bedroom homes.
Working with Rocky Bay’ Special Disability Accommodation (SDA) company, Shift Homes, Northerly led the build to help people with varying degrees of disability to be able live their best life.
State-of-the-art SDA features include automated doors, remote control blinds and window treatments, wider entry and hallways, zero trip hazards and specialized kitchens with features such as oven doors that open from the side for wheelchair access. Bathrooms boast adjustable height benches for ease of use.
