A mixed use Applecross development comprising commercial office spaces and sixteen residential apartments featuring high quality specification.

Located directly opposite Garden City Shopping Complex in Booragoon, we built the Riseley Street development, spanning four levels accommodating up to 10 commercial tenancies and 16 residential apartments with a double storey basement beneath.

Motus Architecture designed the project to utilise every inch of available space. The apartments are cleverly created with large outdoor balcony areas, functional and spacious layouts and high quality specification.
