We were engaged on a design and construction basis to refurbish the self care buildings at Coolibah Care’s Mandurah facility.
The brief was to provide a compliant, modern and appealing environment to last a further 15 years.
We not only met the requirements but with savings made to the initial budget our client was able to landscape between the blocks and install perimeter fencing, offering security and encouraging use of the new garden areas.
