Nedlands

CERI

One of Nedlands, and indeed Stirling Highway’s, most iconic, interesting and innovative buildings.

Inspired by well known mining executive and entrepreneur, Charlie Bass, the refurbishment and fit-out of CERI was a real project of passion.

Completed in 2016, it became both the hub for his Centre for Entrepreneurial Research and Innovation (CERI), and the then headquarters of Northerly. Key refurbishment items included a new entrance statement and façade, inclusive of two protruding pods to the north elevation, double glazed external windows and provision of all new services including lift, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and fire, all targeting a 5 Star Nabers rating.

The creative outcome was perfectly suited to Mr Bass’ mission to support the next generation of WA entrepreneurs, and create a more sustainable future for businesses.
