Bank Street

Modern, stylish design with accessible built-in features and technology to suit our clients’ special needs, set in vibrant inner city East Victoria Park.

Partnering with Rocky Bay and landowner, developer and property manager Celsius, we took an innovative approach to the Bank Street apartments special disability accommodation (SDA), enabling residents to integrate into the community – offering them independence and support when needed. 

Located in leafy East Victoria Park, four of the eight units are fully automated and occupied by Rocky Bay clients, with in-home systems controlling switches and appliances throughout, with adjustable height benchtops, wide hallways and safety features. The remaining four units are leased by members of the public.
