Northerly builds on rich Subiaco history

Northerly are partnering with leading WA architects, Donaldson Boshard, to construct what will become one of WA’s most outstanding and creative commercial premises. Located at 320 Rokeby Rd, Subiaco, the building’s ultra-modern design equally lends meticulous attention to the precinct’s rich design heritage. An incredible elevation extends the experience of the interior to the street, and vice versa.

Involving an intricate concrete wall system, Northerly have been challenged to bring Donaldson Boshard’s exhilarating design to life. The internal features of the building include a full height face brick wall with stacked bond joints. A curved timber ceiling and a polished concrete floor on the ground floor, with timber oak flooring on the first.

The balcony faces Rokeby Road and is perfected with a spotted gum timber deck, curved glass balustrade and window. The exterior boasts curved windows and an entry foyer that presents louvres beneath a danpalon roof, finished with black alpolic cladding.

Completion is expected in 2023.

Stunning design and meticulous attention to detail, 320 Rokeby Road pays tribute to the wonderful heritage of 'Old Subi'.
